Text (Horizontal) Rule

Not much to the Text Rule . . . When you need a horizontal line between sections of a page, add a Text Rule!

There is no need to add a bunch of hyphens or underscores that wrap differently on different sized screens.

The Text Rule will automatically use whatever width space is available, whether it is being cast to a big screen TV or is displayed on your smart phone, the Text Rule will be a single line, edge to edge.

To Add a Text Rule

  1. Place your cursor where you want the Text Rule to display.
  2. Click the plus sign in the small black square to the left of your cursor
  3. Choose 'Text Rule' from the list of Icons displayed.

The Text Rule will automatically add top and bottom margins to the line so it never rests against any text or image.

The Text Rule can be adjusted using CSS both for color and thickness. All Text Rules used on your website will display based on whatever CSS changes you make.
