Before you can add a Form to your page, the Form must be created. (See Creating Forms) You may go directly to the Forms icon on the Black Admin Bar or you may create it on the fly using the Add New option when inserting the form onto your page.


Adding a Form to your page

  • Place your cursor where you want the form to display and click the plus sign to the right of your cursor
  • Click the Form Icon
  • Choose to Add a new Form - See instructions for Creating Forms - or to use an Existing Form.
  • If you opt for the existing form, a field will be provided. Click the field to get a list of your forms and choose the one you wish to display.


Save or Submit and Publish
